This beautiful ground floor beachfront condo in the Mariner East complex is conveniently located right on the beautiful white sandy beaches of the Gulf of Mexico in Panama City Beach, Florida.  No waiting for elevators or climbing stairs to get to this unit or out to the beach. The ground floor is perfect for kids and the elderly.
 
The master bedroom has a king bed with mattress and flat screen TV.   The full attached bathroom has beautiful tiled shower and tub combination and granite counter tops.  This condo has a separate bunk room with twin over double bunk beds.  The living room has comfortable seating including 2 recliners, sleeper sofa and flat screen TV.  This condo sleeps 6 people maximum. There is colorful patio furniture and you can feel safe and secure when you walk off the patio into the fenced yard area and shuffleboard patio. You are so close that you can watch the kids enjoying the pool while sitting on your own patio.
 
The kitchen has full size appliances and all the pots, pans, large and small appliances such as microwave, standard coffee pot, blender, etc. that you will need for a great trip to the beach. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels.  Each condo has its own Wi-Fi.  Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels.  Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased from https://chairs2u.com.  You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo.  Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it.  Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd.  We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older.    Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!
