This one bedroom, two bath, condo is fully stocked for a wonderful time at the beach! The large master bedroom has a king-size bed and flat screen TV. There is a full bath with tiled shower attached to the master bedroom and another full bathroom down the hall with tub/shower combination. The bunk area has 2 full size beds. There is a full kitchen with refrigerator, dishwasher, garbage disposal, oven and stove, microwave, coffee maker and all the utensils and cooking gear you will need. There is a separate dining room and a spacious living room with a sleeper sofa, flat screen TV and lots of seating. This unit has an unbelievable view of the ocean from the private "L" balcony with plenty of seating to view those gorgeous sunsets.
This condo sleeps 6 maximum. Each condo has its own Wi-Fi. Linens included are sheets, blankets, bath towels, etc., but bring your own beach towels. Sand toys, etc. are available to use along with beach chair/umbrella service that can be purchased from https://chairs2u.com. You have your own full size laundry room right across from the front door of the condo. Whether you enjoy lying around the pool or sitting on the beach until after sunset, you will enjoy this small family complex that is close enough to restaurants and nightlife, but not right next door to it. Mariner East Condominiums is about 1/2 mile from St Andrews State Park and about 2 1/2 miles from the start of Front Beach Rd. We rent to families.... or if all adults are age 25 or older. Wal-Mart, Winn Dixie, Publix, and many restaurants are just a very short drive away. This is the place to make those wonderful family memories!

Great view! Clean unit!
We loved the space and especially the view! It was a nice, quiet unit with a great corner wrap-around balcony which was perfect for our family to spread out! The unit was very clean and up to date. The only downsides were the master bed, which was a very uneven, lumpy mattress which proved to be very uncomfortable. The kitchen had a nice working area, although small, with an auto trashcan which was very helpful. Unfortunately, there were limited options on cookware and storage. Ex: No crockpot

Great spot in PCB

Family Vacay
Unit was clean and well stocked with essentials. Owner was superb with communication and any questions prior to and upon arrival. This was our first time staying at the Mariner, we are usually Summit guests but the experience was so much better in the low rise! We never waited on the elevator and all condo staff was polite and courteous! Will definitely be staying again. Our PCB trip 2021
Overall we had a great time and loved the walk in shower and wrap around balcony. It is a nice unit not real fancy but had what we needed. It will take us a while to get used to codes on the doors instead of keys. When the coffee maker quit brewing, Cindy the manager was very quick to get another one for us and also to resend the code to get in. I highly recommend the unit and we will be back. Until the construction is done on the outside of the condominium complex, it maybe best to wait until spring or this summer to return. - (Sep 2021 - VRBO)
